All SEATOPIA orders are packed in eco-friendly, insulated liners with dry ice or non-toxic gel packs to ensure your seafood remains at the optimal temperature until it reaches your doorstep.

Where do you source your seafood from?

We partner exclusively with certified sustainable farms and artisan fisheries that prioritize ocean health, biodiversity, and clean water standards.

Can I track my shipment in real-time?

Yes, once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress from our facility to your home.

What is your return policy for perishable items?
